Why Bothwell
Honesty is the business model.
Bothwell Automotive has been fixing Torrance’s cars from the same corner shop on Earl Street for decades. Service manager Todd Harding has run the counter since 2002, long enough that customers ask for him by name in their reviews.
The stories repeat themselves: an engine problem diagnosed as a factory recall and sent to the dealer free of charge. A repair that ran over the estimate, billed at the original quote anyway. Windshield fluid topped off as a courtesy on the way out.
That’s why one customer writes that they would tow their vehicle 400 miles rather than let another shop touch it. Most of Torrance only has to drive a few blocks.
